Can I see my previous orders and repeat certain orders?

Yes. Our order history system can show you previous orders within the last 12 months. You can also reorder certain items from those orders or repeat an entire order with one click. Available for customers who have created an account before placing orders. Click here for the online order history system.

Can I edit my account?

Yes. Click here to log in and make changes.


I forgot my account password. Can I look it up?

Yes. Go here, enter your user name, click the PLEASE EMAIL ME MY PASSWORD radio button then click SIGN IN.

If you know the email associated with your account then yes. Go here. Look for User Name Lookup and fill in the required information.

 

How can I order from Red River Paper?

Our website has an ecommerce system that allows you to place orders. Just navigate to a product page and click the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you need. You will then be asked to either checkout or continue shopping.

Is your online shopping secure?

Yes. During checkout, you are protected by a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection to our server. Your personal information is also held in a secure environment and no credit card information is held on our web servers.

Why is my basket empty after I add items to my cart?

Our shopping cart uses a temporary cookie and session ID to keep track of your order. In some cases, your system security settings can prevent the cookie from being held on your computer. Or, anti-virus software or firewalls can do the same thing. If you are running a Windows computer, try setting security to medium.

In Internet Explorer, click on the Tools menu, then select on Internet Options. Now choose the Privacy tab and set security to medium.

In Netscape, click on the Tools menu and select the Cookie Manager. Now choose Unblock All Cookies from this Site. (you will need to be on our website first)

In Firefox, go to the Tools menu and select Options. In the options menu, check to see if Cookies are enabled.
