Red River ships all Canadian orders using UPS Standard to Canada via the
Non-Resident Importer method.

NOTE: We do not ship to the Northwest Territories due to excessive shipping costs to that province.

The Details

1) Your order will go directly from our dock to your door - no more holdovers in customs,
no more having to go claim your packages.

2) Red River will bill you for all costs associated with this order - we are the exporter
and importer of record.

• Canadian GST and Provincial taxes (when applicable)
• Brokerage fees
• No Duties - Red River inkjet paper is duty free!

3) Know up front what your fees will be -

• 6% GST
• Provincial taxes when applicable
• UPS is the broker of record - rates are set so you know what to expect

When you order

Choose the UPS Standard selection under Shipping in our shopping cart. Our system
will quote you a freight rate based on your location and weight of your order.

Next, Red River will calculate the other associated fees and send you an email with
our CANADIAN TOTAL DELIVERED PRICE - that's all you'll have to pay.
