Clicking the ICM radio button reveals the ICC profile section of your driver's color management. Some drivers will only have the "No Color Adjustment" radio button while others will look like the image below.

When printing with an ICC profile from Photoshop or other ICC aware application, it is imperative that you select ICM and No Color Adjustment in the Epson driver. This effectively turns off Epson control of color and puts all management functions in the hands of your image application and the ICC profile.

It is not recommended that you select the "Applied by Printer Software" option seen above when printing with ICC profiles.
