The Page Layout menu is simple and rarely used when printing photos.
Many of these changes can be accomplished in Photoshop or in other part of the driver.
The Borderless box near the bottom right controls how much edge stretching is carried out by the driver. The function, defaulted to Max, is there to make sure your image will indeed print border free. For most users, leaving it at Max is fine.
