River Linen's elegant surface adds just the right level of texture to your images without interfering with details. To make River Paper Linen, we start with a high performance photo matte from the Premium Matte line, which is then embossed with the surface finish.
You can use River Linen for greeting and note cards, portraits, portfolios, and many other inkjet printing projects. River Linen is an archival paper made from pure alpha cellulose. It is acid and lignin-free.

Just acquired an epson 8550 and wanted to start printing note/greeting cards of my watercolor paintings to sell. The paper prints great and the texture adds a nice touch. I have a show in April and printed out an assortment of my car paintings. Hope they sell!

I was searching and testing paper to print on for book cover inserts and decided to give this paper a try. Lo and behold, I finally found a winner!!! This paper prints beautifully AND the texture is perfect.
Love the Feel but

I thought it made perfect sense to use this paper but actually you better be sure to only have a good idea that you don’t want any graphics on the inside.
The texture of the paper is wonderful, I don’t know how there is appreciate when they hold or open it, but I do like to put graphics on the inside, and the quality will not be anything that you’re gonna be very proud of as far as I’m concerned, her printing a letter that’s fine.
Red River Paper Response:
River Linen will not be coated on the inside for vibrant graphics. It will be similar to plain paper print quality on the inside for text or easy writing with a pen.
