9x13 Photo Papers Now Exclusively at Red River Paper

If you have a full-frame camera, why not print a full-frame image? Many inkjet paper sizes force you to crop to some degree. If you want to print a full-frame image in all its glory, you need an inkjet paper size with enough room to print an image that is in the 2:3 aspect ratio typical of a true 35mm sensor.

9x13 is so convenient because it allows you to print a full 8" x 12" image with a slight border on all sides, perfect for matting and framing.

When to Use Photo Black & Matte Black

A number of photo inkjet printers use two different primary black inks - Photo Black or Matte Black. Each is optimized for a certain type of inkjet media.

Use Photo Black for glossy, satin, and luster inkjet papers. Some fine art media like fiber-based baryta also require the use of Photo Black inks. You will use Matte Black inks for cotton fine art, Blanco Matte Canvas, and matte inkjet media. Matte papers are usually smooth and have a flat non-reflective surface.
