Disappointed

Have loved using this paper for years but now that they changed the thickness it is very difficult to print the smaller sizes because they can only be fed through the rear tray and are too thick for the rollers on my printer to grab(Epson Surecolor P800). This has been a super popular print size for my customers to purchase from me and now I'm going to have to search else where for paper. The paper is beautiful but I'm very disappointed it doesn't work with my printer any more.

Just a Suggestion

I will start by saying that the paper is high quality and should be perfect for whatever print project you have. My review is based on the return policy. I accidently ordered the wrong paper and once you open the box you can no longer return it. However the only way to see the paper is to open the box. Instead of wrapping the box in plastic could i suggest wrapping the actual paper in plastic. That way as a consumer you can see the product without interfering with the factory packaging. Now I'm stuck with paper that will not work for my invites. And yes I reached out to customer service and there was nothing that could be done.

I use this matte paper for all my gallery work and feel that it does the job quite well. The colors are vibrant and the darks are rich.

This is now my go-to paper. There are, literally, one million to choose from at Red River (a bit of a stretch). I am a simple man. I tested many papers and this one fits for my FotoOils and my B/W photojournalism.

These, with many others will be on display at the Bracci Gallery in Orvieto, Italia.

I have found a great resource with Red River and now I have settled on my one paper.
