Red River Paper guarantees the product is free from any defects in manufacturing and packaging. Replacement and liability due to defect is limited to the retail cost of this product. Since all dyes, pigments, and papers change over time, Red River Paper does not warrant the product against changes in color or fading. Red River Paper holds no liability for the use of this product.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and exchanges.
All returns require prior authorization. To begin any return or exchange, email us first at [email protected]. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
The Basics
- Unopened, unaltered products may be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Defective or mis-shipped products may be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Product that arrives damaged falls under the SafeTrip Guarantee - refer to it if your shipment arrived with damaged items
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective returns
- Shipping charges are never refundable
What We Cannot Accept - No Refund / Exchange
- Opened or partially used products. Inkjet paper is a consumable, like an ink cartridge
- Returns older than 45 days

- Returns shipped without a box or container
- Ink cartridges
- Non-Red River merchandise, such as cleaning sheets, coatings, brushes, etc.
- Discontinued or temporary items
Defective or Mis-Shipped Items
If your order arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item, email us within 30 days, and we'll make it right at no cost to you. Refer to our SafeTrip Guarantee
Important: If your shipment arrived damaged, keep the original box, padding, and label. Shipping companies requires them for insurance claims.
How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Returns are an email-only process.
- A team member will respond within 48 hours with further instructions
- After receiving a reply and authorization to start the return, print, fill out, and include in the box our Returns Process Form (download a PDF file)
- Ship the item in its original, unopened packaging in a sturdy outer box
No prior authorization = no refund, no exceptions.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will either ship you the exchanged item requested or issue you a full refund for the product(s) being returned. This process may take up to two weeks. In some cases where verbal permission has been given to expedite the exchange, we will charge your credit card on file and ship the new item prior to receiving the return. Once the return has been inspected and received, a credit will be issued to the credit card.
Other
Please be aware that, according to UPS, FedEx, and USPS policies, shipping addresses can not be rerouted once the package is in transit. If a package is rerouted at the customer's request, a minimum $18 fee will be applied to the customer's credit card.
Customers are responsible for customs fees and return shipping charges incurred when international packages are refused.
Red River Paper will charge a $20 fee for refused orders
