Polar Gloss Metallic 255 is a truly unique inkjet paper that closely matches the look of photo lab metallic prints. Polar Gloss Metallic features the same aspects as its lab equivalent - a high gloss finish and a pearlescent base stock that yields an elegant iridescence in your images. It is compatible with any inkjet printer and requires no special equipment, inks, or finishing techniques to achieve the metallic effect. And for a bit of trivia, Red River Paper was the first to introduce photo metallic inkjet paper to the market in 2010.
* Always display inkjet prints under glass, plastic or in a book for maximum print life.
* Rolls come wound with five extra feet at no charge
All products are compatible with aqueous inks. Not designed for solvent, latex or UV.
* Matte and cotton art media over 59b. may not feed consistently in Epson printers and may require some hand feeding.
* Epson 4000,6000,7000,9000,10000 series do not work with sizes smaller than 8.5x11
Card sizes under 8.5x11 are not compatible with Epson wide format printers

Traditional Style Photo Paper with Glossy Pop

Polar Gloss Metallic 255 is more of a traditional photo paper that has added pop and detail than a brighter photo paper like Pecos River Gloss 155. Pecos River Gloss 155 provides more red tone which can complement some skin tones but lacks detail and sheen although in my photo comparison below my phone favored the Pecos paper. If you look close Trumps face & his flag vest pin show much better detail. My phone brightened the Pecos paper for his suit coat and shirt, in room light natural the Metallic paper has a much richer color and more true color format, the Pecos looks flat over all. Both papers are very nice however if you need a more professional paper Polar Gloss Metallic will not do you wrong.

I used Polar Gloss Metallic 255 for my artwork at The Other Art Fair - Dallas and the quality immediately stood out.
While the attached image does not fully capture the richness of this paper, seeing it in person is a completely different experience. The depth, color, and subtle metallic finish truly elevates the work.

I never tried before,so I did purchased a 25 sh 8.5x11 woww I juts loved so I purchased several sizes. I trully recomend it.the extraordinary look it gives to my photographs it gives a diffrent look.
