By placing an order for delivery outside North America, you agree to our outlined overseas shipping policy. Available services are FedEx, UPS, or US Priority Mail International.
Because of the long distances involved in shipping to you, Red River Paper's shipping policy and guarantee are as follows:
1) No refunds or returns unless the item arrives damaged. We require photo proof of the damage, including images of the shipping box and specific damage to the products.
2) Tracking will be emailed to you upon shipment. The US Postal Service provides a package number but may not have live location tracking.
3) Orders shipped via UPS or FedEx will be insured.
4) We ask that you first order a sample kit before placing a full order for inkjet paper. We offer discounted shipping for sample kit only orders.

When will my order arrive?
FedEx and UPS service is 4-7 business days. The United States Post Office could take up to 30 business days.
Who is responsible for taxes and duties?
You will be responsible for duty, brokerage, fees, and tax before the shipment's arrival or at delivery. As a rule, UPS and FedEx will act as the shipping broker, and they will send you an invoice for all of the duty, brokerage, fees, and tax.
Orders have a customs declaration and bill of lading attached. In general, paper goods do not carry duty but may be subject to VAT.
Can I get tracking information?
Tracking information is sent via email at the time of shipment. If you do not receive that email, contact Red River Paper.
What happens if the order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, Contact Us immediately. We require photo evidence of the damage to the shipping container and product before any refund can be processed.
What happens if I do not like the product I ordered?
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on items that you do not like. That is why we strongly encourage you to order a sample kit first. We offer discounted shipping rates on sample kit only orders.
