Fountain pen friendly stock - Here's why

I needed a correspondence/greeting card stock for my photographs on which I could write with fountain pens. I have had to search widely for this - it's fantastic to have this resource. I've been buying various photo display and correspondence papers from Red River for a few years.\n\nThis Polar Matte is well coated for very high quality ink-jet photo reproduction on one side. On the photo side I use both dye- and pigment Canon printers. The "back" is sized (treated) for clean (unfeathered) acceptance of a range of inks, which ended up working well for 99% of my fountain pen inks. \n\nAlso note that Red River provides ICC profiles for these paper stocks!
