Preposterous shipping charges

I have been impressed with Red River's reputation for outstanding quality and service. I just tried to order my first pack of paper and was looking forward to trying the Polar Gloss Metallic. But, RR was going to charge me nearly $30 to ship a $28 pack of paper. This is preposterous. Other vendors ship for free or a slight charge, not more than the cost of the item. Very disappointed. RRP Reply - Thank you for your feedback. Shipping to Hawaii from Dallas is expensive, no matter what carrier we choose. The USPS offers Flat Rate boxes which we can use for small orders. We're happy to help with that service at 888-248-8774.
