Polar Matte excels with landscapes, black-and-white photography, artwork, design, and more. Its non-reflective surface eliminates glare, allowing fine details and tonal transitions to take center stage.

The best paper for my prints

Polar matte will forever be my number one go to for all my regular fine art prints. They turn out crisp and truest to color compared to other paper I've sampled, the thickness is lovely and the feel is so nice and smooth. I'm so excited to get the double sided version so I can start making zines and bookmarks with it :)

The print was absolutely stunning! The black print looked as if it were velvet! My artwork was definitely taken to another level. Thank you to the knowledgeable representative, who walked me through what I would need according to the printer that I have in turn which opened up a whole new world for me as an artist! Red River Paper, you are amazing!
