Reclaiming What Would Have Been Waste

Aurora is 100% fiber made from cotton linters. These linters are considered "recovered fibers" by the EPA. By using linters, Aurora production is putting to use what would have become waste. It's a win for the environment and a win for you!

How are Aurora White 250 and Aurora White 300 different?

Top quality art printing paper
I recently printed twenty scanned black and white drawings on Aurora 250 paper. The paper is beautiful and has a soft finish but the prints are sharp and clear. My printer is a Canon iP8720 and the 250 fed through the printer with no problem. I did not have to adjust for the thickness, but I fed the paper through one sheet at a time for extra care. \n\nDue to the paper finish, I think the ink is "in" the paper, not just "on" the surface. And no bleeding or smearing detected.

Best paper for hand embellisments

Alexandria Olivia, Mar 23, 2026

I used this paper to make prints of a series of Cuban cigar women I made using graphite, ink and gold leaf. I was able to hand embellish the prints to make each one unique and more special for my collectors. This paper is perfection.

Best water shots

Ed Obermeyer, Mar 03, 2026

I use the polar gloss metallic and aurora white exclusively with my prints. The quality and support on my epson printer is beyond expectations.

My fave

John Ward, Mar 02, 2026

I tried out a number of your matte papers using the Red River sample offers, and settled on Aurora White. I'm now printing for a 40-image exhibition (mostly B&W) in a hometown gallery. The 17x22" Aurora is performing at the top of its game. Love the solid feel and the soft artistic look, but it still holds details. I chose the 250 gsm variety because it feeds easily in my Epson P900.
