What Are the Standard Greeting Card Sizes?
Industry standard greeting card sizes are A2, A6, A7, 5x5, 5x7, 6x9, DL, and various square dimensions like 4x4, 6x6, and 8x8 inches. These sizes offer a range of options for different design preferences and content requirements.
Common card sizes are listed below. Sizes that Red River Paper offers are above.
- A2 - This is a popular size measuring 4.25 inches by 5.5 inches (folded size). It's commonly used for smaller, more intimate cards.
- A6 - This size measures 4.625 inches by 6.25 inches (folded size) and is also a common choice for greeting cards.
- A7 - A bit larger, this size measures 5 inches by 7 inches (folded size), offering more space for design and messages.
- 5.25x5.25 - Square cards measuring 5 inches by 5 inches (folded size) can provide a unique and eye-catching look.
- 5x7 - Another popular size, measuring 5 inches by 7 inches (folded size), provides a versatile canvas for various designs and messages.
