Great Company, Appreciate Their Products and Customer Service
I've been using Red River Paper for over a year now to make products for my greeting card and stationery business, and I really appreciate their attention to product quality and to their customers. The former speaks for itself, but as to the latter I have a specific example: At the end of last year I called for advice on how to take care of the paper in a high-humidity climate (a tropical island). I was able to chat with someone on the phone and they gave me great recommendations (silica packets, humidity levels for climate-controlled storage, keeping everything packaged until absolutely necessary). I really appreciated that they took my call, despite me being a very, very small business. Thanks to their recommendations, I knew how to take good care of my paper stock and products, which helped me have a successful holiday season. (I basically sold out of my entire greeting card inventory!) Thank you Red River Paper!
