Sample Packs and Paper Quality
I purchased both photography and fine art sample packs. I really appreciate the quality and feel of the satin and photo matte papers within the photography sample pack. For 8.5 X 11 these are excellent papers. For larger prints, I plan to go with fine art papers. In the fine art, I will be purchasing the Palo Duro Baryta paper and smooth rag 310. The etching and Aurora art white papers are fantastic too.

The richness, contrast, and feel within the satin and matte papers is excellent. I love the texture, contrast, and dynamic range as well as image jumps off the page with the Baryta 300.

The quality of papers, packaging, labeling, and ICC profiles for each of these papers within the sample pack was awesome. I learned a lot about which images look good or not so good on a wide variety of papers for a very small price. Served intended purpose to narrow paper choices for future. Highly recommend Red River Paper.
